This bed rail is compatible with all bed sizes, including Twin, Full, Queen, and King. It performs best on mattresses that are greater than 7 inches in height, requiring a minimum of 13 inches from the floor to the bottom of the bed frame.

Our bed rail meets the ASTM F3186–17 Safety Standard Specification for Adult Portable Bed Rails, ensuring compliance with CPSC regulations. It offers a secure means for those with disabilities or limitations to enter and exit bed independently, allowing them to engage in daily activities (e.g., eating, reading, or working) without assistance.

Equipped with slip-resistant pads, a foam-padded handle, horizontal stabilizer bars, and sturdy floor-standing legs, this bed rail significantly enhances user stability. Please note, it is not suitable for low-profile or platform beds with less than 13 inches of clearance from floor to frame.

Universal and Adjustable

Our adjustable bed rail can accommodate beds of any size—twin, full, double, queen, or king—and can be positioned on either side of the bed. For optimal compatibility, it works best with mattresses measuring between 7 and 11 inches in height.

Simple Assembly and Maintenance

The bed rail can be assembled in minutes without the need for tools. To set it up, simply slide it beneath your mattress. Cleaning is easy: just wipe it down and allow it to dry. Please note that it is incompatible with most Sleep Number beds or mattresses secured with Velcro to their foundations.
